Getting Started

Do I have to commit to anything just to have a conversation?
Not at all! The first conversation is completely free and comes with no obligation. We use it to learn about your situation, answer your questions, and help you decide whether Cliffrose Life Partners feels like the right fit. There is no pressure and no sales pitch.

How do I know if Cliffrose is right for me?
If you find yourself wishing you had one reliable person to call when something needs to be handled, whether that is a home repair, a medical appointment, a technology issue, or simply keeping life organized, Cliffrose is likely a good fit. Our clients range from full-time residents to seasonal homeowners who need trusted support when they are away. If you are unsure, the best first step is a conversation.

How quickly can we get started?
Once we have had an initial conversation and agreed on the scope of support, we can typically begin within a few days. We do not rush the onboarding process — getting to know your home, your preferences, and your priorities takes a little time, and we think that investment is worth it.


Services

Do you work with clients outside of Palm Springs?
Yes! We serve clients throughout the Coachella Valley, including Rancho Mirage and Cathedral City, as well as any nearby community within a similar driving distance. If you are unsure whether your location falls within our service area, just ask, we're are happy to let you know.

Can you handle just one thing, or do I need to use multiple services?
Every client engagement is different. Some clients come to us for help across several areas of life. Others need focused support in just one: property oversight while they are abroad, for example, or ongoing technology assistance. We build the scope of support around your actual needs, not a fixed package.

Do you provide the services yourself, or do you hire other people to do the work?
We personally handle the coordination, communication, oversight, and relationship management that make everything run smoothly. For work that requires a licensed trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and so on, we engage trusted, vetted local professionals from our network and stay involved to make sure the work is done right. You never have to track down a vendor or chase anyone for updates.

What if my needs change over time?
That is completely normal and expected. Life changes, and so do the things people need help with. We revisit the scope of support regularly and adjust as your situation evolves. You do not need to figure out everything upfront.

Can you help with a one-time situation, or is this an ongoing relationship?
Cliffrose Life Partners is built around ongoing relationships rather than one-off transactions. That said, we understand that some situations are immediate and specific. We encourage you to reach out and describe what you are dealing with.


Pricing

Why is there no pricing information on the website?
Because every client's life is different, and we think it would be doing you a disservice to offer a number before we understand what you actually need. Some clients want light, periodic support. Others need comprehensive, ongoing coordination across multiple areas of life. The right answer looks very different from one person to the next. We discuss membership options during your introductory conversation, once we have a clear picture of your situation.

Is there a long-term contract?
Membership terms are discussed during the introductory conversation and are designed to feel fair and flexible. Our goal is to earn your continued trust, not to lock you in.

Yes. Cliffrose Life Partners is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We take the responsibility of working in and around our clients' homes seriously, and we are structured accordingly.

How many clients do you work with at one time?
We intentionally keep our client list small. That is not a limitation — it is a deliberate choice. Working with a limited number of clients is what allows us to provide the level of attention, continuity, and genuine care that defines the Cliffrose experience. When you work with us, you are not one of hundreds of accounts. You are someone we know.

What makes Cliffrose different from a property management company or a home watch service?
Property management companies and home watch services focus on the property. We focus on you. Cliffrose Life Partners provides holistic life management — home care is one part of what we do, but we also help with personal logistics, healthcare coordination, technology, and everything else that quietly consumes time and energy. More importantly, we build a real relationship with each client, which means we understand your preferences, anticipate your needs, and show up the way a trusted person in your life would.
