What we look for

Reliability above all else. Discretion. Warmth without being intrusive. A comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to figure things out. Familiarity with the Palm Springs community is a plus. Experience in personal service, property management, healthcare coordination, or technology support is relevant — but character matters more than resume.
